Welcoming Tracey Doczy to EMM’s Major Projects and Approvals Team

 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Doczy as an Associate Director – Major Projects and Approvals, based in our Newcastle office.

 

Tracey is a dedicated environmental scientist with 20 years’ experience in environmental management across both the private and public sectors. She is passionate about sustainability and innovation, with specialist expertise in environmentally sensitive construction techniques, systems development, planning and regulatory compliance.

Over the course of her career, Tracey has played a pivotal role in major infrastructure projects across New South Wales, including the Hunter Expressway and numerous Pacific Highway upgrades. She has held senior leadership roles managing environment and sustainability functions across NSW and ACT and she has worked in project environment and compliance roles where she developed governance processes, planning assessments, and strong engagement with stakeholders and Aboriginal community groups.

Tracey holds a Master of Business and Environmental Management, a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Environmental Management), and a Certificate IV in Management and Leadership. She is also a Certified Environmental Practitioner.

Her appointment reinforces EMM’s capability in supporting major projects with customised, forward-thinking strategies that balance project delivery with environmental and community outcomes.
