Welcoming Paula Bradshaw to EMM’s Major Projects and Approvals Team

 We are pleased to announce the appointment of Paula Bradshaw as an Associate Director to support the delivery of complex major projects and approvals across Victoria and internationally.

With an extensive background in environmental approvals, impact assessment, and regulatory compliance, Paula brings proven leadership and a collaborative approach to navigating complex project approvals. She has worked across both public and private sectors, providing strategic environmental advice and guiding complex energy and infrastructure projects through feasibility, approvals, and delivery.

Paula’s extensive knowledge of Commonwealth and State environmental legislation, combined with her proven ability to engage effectively with regulators, government, and community stakeholders, enhances EMM’s capabilities in delivering practical, compliant, and sustainable project outcomes. Her appointment reflects our strong reputation for trusted environmental planning advice and our continued investment in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients navigating complex approvals.

Paula holds a Master of Environmental Legal Studies, a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Engineering, and a New Zealand Certificate in Science (Geology).
