Welcoming Adam West to EMM’s Major Projects and Approvals Team

 We are delighted to announce the appointment of Adam West as an Associate Director – Major Projects and Approvals, based in our Perth office.

Adam has over 20 years’ experience in consulting, regulating and facilitating complex State and strategic projects across a diverse range of industry types from all over Western Australia. This has provided him with a strong network within industry and at a senior level within government agencies that process tenure, mining, planning and environmental approval applications and enable access to infrastructure.

Adam has achieved project successes through linking strong stakeholder engagement skills with a tailored land access and approvals strategy, along with the ability to negotiate agreements and outcomes. He also has a natural ability to successfully build trust and relationships with Aboriginal communities. He has extensive and demonstrated experience from pre-feasibility to construction, operational compliance and expansions through to decommissioning.
