We are excited to announce the appointment of Joel Bettley as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 2026.
Joel brings over 20 years’ experience across finance, strategy, and transformation in executive roles within the infrastructure, telecommunications, and financial sectors. Prior to joining EMM, Joel held leadership roles at firms including Tuatahi First Fibre, Spark New Zealand and the Commonwealth Bank Group, leading finance, M&A, business planning, and performance management functions across complex, highly regulated organisations.
