EMM announces acquisition of Minesoils

EMM is excited to announce the acquisition of specialist soil, agriculture and rehabilitation consulting firm Minesoils

Founded in 2018, Minesoils has grown beyond its mining origins, expanding their expertise to support clients across the energy, infrastructure, and intensive agriculture markets with a strong focus on sustainable land use and rehabilitation. This breadth of experience has established the company as a trusted partner for clients seeking practical, science-based solutions to multi-faceted land management challenges.

Renowned for navigating complexity, Minesoils assists clients across the entire project lifecycle from pre-feasibility and impact assessments through to detailed management plans, closure strategiesand final land use. With increasing demand for sustainable land use and rehabilitation across mining, energy and infrastructure, this capability is more critical than ever in helping clients meet regulatory requirements and deliver responsible project outcomes.

The Minesoils acquisition expands EMM’s existing presence in New South Wales with the additional northern NSW presence now in Tamworth. With the expanded capability, EMM’s operations now comprise over 20+ technical areas with 11 offices across Australia and internationally in Canada.
