We are a collaborative team, from early career Archaeologists to highly experienced industry leaders with a diverse blend of backgrounds including academia, public sector, and consulting. We are always challenging ourselves to bring practical, innovative approaches that make a difference to truly diverse projects, from small-scale residential developments to some of the largest development projects in Australia .

Here’s what you can expect
- You will bring your experience in cultural heritage management to a range of projects in Aboriginal, historical, and built heritage sectors; from pre-design concept inputs, assessments, approvals, post-approval mitigations, through to unexpected or unauthorized remediation

You will play a leading role in managing and implementing projects and preparing proposals, liaising with clients and the community

You will play a key role in providing leadership and mentorship to develop our bright and ambitious early career Archaeologists

Here’s what you'll bring to have impact
- A relevant tertiary degree in anthropology, archaeology, history, or heritage studies
- A minimum of 5-10 years archaeological consulting experience in Aboriginal heritage management; including field investigations, impact assessment and statutory approvals (cultural heritage management plans, Aboriginal heritage impact permits)
- A passion for mentoring early career archaeologists and growing successful teams
- Exceptional reporting and quality assurance skills, underpinned by deep knowledge of state, territory, and Commonwealth legislation
- A current valid unrestricted drivers’ license and Construction Industry Safety Induction (White Card)
